OCP Uniform Top

I will not be a return customer.
The tops sent are well used, non-serviceable, and not as pictured. When no condition is stated, the assumption is one will get an item like what's pictured and in new or like-new condition. In this case, a new summer weight OCP top is shown (without pockets). I received one used FR top I cannot use in my career field and one non-FR standard issue top with multiple spots where velcro backings have been removed (nametapes and rank). I'm currently in the military and can't use either as sent. The pattern is OCP and they were issue, at least those parts were true.
